Can you customize my order?
Yes, we do customize our products to fit the needs of our costumers. For the customization process to begin all you need to do is to contact us.
Can i use coupons on custom orders?
No, when purchasing a personalized product, no type of discount coupon can be used (discount campaigns that are in force cannot be used either).
I want to order a large number of tile stickers or wallpapers. Can I get a sample first?
If you have already placed your order and the price is higher than €250, we’ll offer you the possibility of ordering a sample first, so you can check if the product and the material are what you expected.
In this case, your main order will be put on hold and the sample will be produced and shipped as soon as possible. After you receive the sample, you must contact us and tell us how you wish to proceed.
If you wish to proceed with the main order, we will send your main order to production after your confirmation. However, if you cancel the main order, the shipping costs of the sample won’t be refunded.

Can I cancel my order ?
You can request the cancellation of your order up to 24 hours after purchase.
Can I return the order ?
We accept returns up to 30 days upon delivery of the package.
If you wish to return your order, please ship it to the following address in the original packaging and with tracking number:

Once we receive the package, we will process the refund.
Please note that the shipping costs aren’t refundable if the delivery is successful.
Note: We do not accept returns on custom orders. If the custom order arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it at our discretion.
How much time will it take to receive my order?
Usually we take 3 to 5 business days to process the order.
The delivery is made within 12 business days being the average delivery between 6 to 8 business days.
What if my package is damaged?
If your package is arrives damaged, you must report to the courier right in the moment of the delivery and report it back to us.
Note: Always report your order is damaged if the shipment has any dent. If there is no damaged after checking the product, you just need to inform us and the report will be canceled.
What if my package is lost?
If your package is lost, please contact the shippping company in order to find out more. If the shipping company does not solve the issue, please contact us.
Can I track my package?
Once your package has been shipped you will receive a notification for the fulfillment of the order along side with the tracking number.
